  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your city.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Yes, COD is available for most locations nationwide.
  • Shipping Charges: Standard shipping rates apply based on order weight and destination, calculated at checkout.
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
  • The product must be absolutely unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be securely packed in the original manufacturer packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your order ID.
Received something faulty? We've got you covered.
  • We only replace items if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
  • Proof Required: You must provide a clear unboxing video or images highlighting the defect to our WhatsApp support.
  • Once our team reviews and approves the proof, a replacement of the exact same item will be dispatched.
For hygiene and quality assurance, certain items cannot be returned:
  • Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items missing their original accessories or packaging.
  • Products bought during clearance sales or special discount events (unless defective upon arrival).
We process everything as quickly as possible once we receive your return at our Karkhano Market facility.
  • After inspection and approval, please allow 3 to 7 working days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit, depending on your preference and original payment method.
