- The product must be absolutely unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be securely packed in the original manufacturer packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your order ID.
- We only replace items if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
- Proof Required: You must provide a clear unboxing video or images highlighting the defect to our WhatsApp support.
- Once our team reviews and approves the proof, a replacement of the exact same item will be dispatched.
- Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items missing their original accessories or packaging.
- Products bought during clearance sales or special discount events (unless defective upon arrival).
- After inspection and approval, please allow 3 to 7 working days for processing.
- Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit, depending on your preference and original payment method.
