- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear unboxing video and image proof of the defect is strictly required.
- Once verified, we will arrange a direct replacement for the exact same model.
- Products that have been used, altered, or assembled.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
- Items missing original accessories or packaging.
- Standard processing takes 3 to 7 working days after approval.
- Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment or store credit.
- Defective Items: If the item is defective, Elecro Heaven will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
