Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a customizable 7-day return policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We only replace items if they are strictly damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear unboxing video and image proof of the defect is strictly required.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a direct replacement for the exact same model.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
  • Products that have been used, altered, or assembled.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
  • Items missing original accessories or packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
  • Standard processing takes 3 to 7 working days after approval.
  • Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment or store credit.
  • Defective Items: If the item is defective, Elecro Heaven will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
